For service aboard on our 2 vessels we are seeking a steady and capable:
Ships Cook.
Crew : 12 hands
Assistant: Messroom Boy
Sailing schedule: 4 months on/off
Duties include:
- Preparing wholesome meals for the crew – 4 times daily.
- Keeping kitchen , pantry , messroom and galley clean & nice according HACCP guidelines.
- Managing stores and provisions with care and economy and report to captain.
- Maintain clean uniform and cooks hat, ensure dish towels, tea towels, and mops are hygienic , and keep galley and messroom surfaces spotless.
Applicants should possess:
- Experience as second or third Cook on passenger vessels.
- Valid documents.

Chief Engineer no limitations

The trading area of the vessel is worldwide. There is a engineroom boy or
second engineer on board. The Chief Engineer is responsible for the engine
room and the ships cranes on board.
Requirements:
- COC: Chief Engineer no Limitations
- All STCW certificates & medical up to date
- Yellow fever vaccination
- Excellent knowledge of the English language written and verbal
- No Alcohol/ Drugs on board.
Experience:
- Experience on Dutch flagged vessels
- Experience sailing as a Single Engineer
